I have been practicing and teaching meditation for over 30 years and have felt the benefits in myself and seen it in others. I see meditation as creating a bridge between our higher-self and human ego which enables us to tap that inner source more readily and, be more creative and inspirational; developing knowingness about what feels right for us.
At my invitation I asked my husband to contribute to the CDs with appropriate songs between the meditations. My son Christopher Drury contributed, by designing the covers.

This is a great CD. It really helped me get started with my meditation practice. I have loaned it to lots of friends who all enjoy it and gain a lot from it. It is a great way to start meditating as it leads you safely and peacefully through simple meditations. The music also adds to the caring and nurturing feel of the CD. I will admit that I do occaisionally still use it as it can be nice to totally trust the CD to escape with! Thanks!
